NXT has always been an interesting coin. Many people do not know about nxt because it has been asleep for so long.

This is all about to change. nxt.org/

Nxt has a relatively low market cap. It certainly deserves a place in the top 10, and that is where it is headed.

Technically, Nxt just broke a long term trendline. Above 3300 satoshi is where the real fomo begins, but I bought on the trendline retest. This will be a 3x + move.

Strong fundamentals will accompany this technical breakout. ARDR mainnet launches Q3 2017. When this launches, another snapshot will be taken of nxt wallets for Ignis distribution. This will be the first sidechain of ARDR.

With a strong incentive to hold Nxt, we could see Nxt making new highs this season.

I dont think this concept of "hold old coin X to redeem new coin Y later" is a particularily strong argument in favour of appreciating value of either X or Y throughout the migration.
ProtoShares/BitsharesX made similar promises, and while there was money to be made, usually not via LONG orders.
A clean & decisive technological upgrade to "the one&only" main chain (executed via hard fork) has proven to be superior for almost any crypto coin that ever did it.
