DUST is supposed to track GDX, and on a daily basis it does, but over the long term there is a huge tracking error due to the so-called 'volatility drag'. Yet somehow every time GDX topped in 2015, DUST was trading at the same support level of 11-11.50. I don't understand how this is possible, but it looks more than a simple coincidence.
