I'm sorry, I cannot explain such things, since I don't use conventional charting techniques, but rather private interpretation of the market development.
I'm trying to build up the future perspectives (scenarios), and hurry up to trade in advance of the formation of the respective technical signals. Usually channels and other technical analysis figures (including technical indicators and etc.) are built up based on some past market data. Here, the red line is to be considered as a possible expectation for a channel bottom line. This is simply an assumption for possible future moves, not something that can be explained with the past market developments. There is big percentage of uncertainty in my model. I need to let some time go before I check up the percentage of fulfilment.
