As I seemed to talk about money management and the 1% rule....It wasn't anchored in my belief system yet.
Sure I would place 1% initially, and pretended i respected the rule, but subconsciously I know that in my mind....the option was there....
My focus was narrowed down the daily rhythm and I was doomed to fuck up. For this to work, Its not only important to respect the 1% rule per trade ( but also the predetermined max loss for the day -2% , if not less!)
Because one crazy night of -4% would cripple 4 days work... So Id go from a B.E system (focused on making me feel good) to a loosing system, forcing the learning process further ....always further...
