EU has been bullish for the last 4 days, pushing higher and higher to test March's high of 1.1450. The positive momentum seemed rather unaffected by the disappointing release of the German IFO business climate index, which dropped to 97.4 in June - the lowest level since November 2014. Based on technicals, I would say that EU is preparing to drop right now, taking confirmations from an overbought level on the TDI and also taking into consideration the fact that price is trading in uncharted territories right now, I think it's fair to assume that the bears will be regaining control soon, there doesn't seem to be enough bullish momentum at the moment, we will see how it reacts to Fundamentals later on today and also the G20 Summit.
