Bullish Prediction: November '21 ~ Feb '22 were below resistance level of 96 until it became bullish. I see a similar pattern happening back in March '09 ~ July '14 as it was also making dead cat bounce between 80-86.
Bearish Prediction: Since Feb '15 USD calmed down once it hit the bear flag and we just touched the top of the bear flag line.
