I reccomend taking longs in DXY here, stops under 95.48, and risking 0.5-1% on this trade. It's highly likely the trend will resume it's monthly pace, and head up, and make new all time highs, but for the time being, you can aim for everyone and their mother's stop losses at 97.57.

The yen and euro took a nasty hit after the ISM news. I closed for now, and closed gbpjpy, but still in GBPAUD, GBPCAD, GBPSGD, XAUUSD short/XAGUSD long, SPX short, etc. I might reenter tomorrow.

Friday's close is interesting, we'd need to see how this week's price action evolves, there's a lot going on, fundamentally speaking.

EURUSD isn't too strong but JPYUSD is gaining traction, this doesn't bode well for DXY.

We were close, now it's pretty sure to assume we'll get a longer term signal here.
NFP this week will set the dirrection for this. I rather stay out till dust settles down.

What currency would you pair with this idea? Short EURUSD, buy USDJPY.....short NZDUSD..what are your thought?

The proprietary indicators I use don't favor going short NZDUSD or AUDUSD.
USDJPY long, EURUSD short, USDCAD long, currently.
I'm also in GBPCAD, GBPJPY and GBPAUD longs.
I don't see a need to add more FX pairs right now. I'm trying to generate some uncorrelated returns via the GBP crosses, they are mostly mean reversion ideas, worst performer vs recently best performers, which should roll over anyway (jpy, aud, nzd, cad).

I am short EURUSD. Took short profit on NZDUSD...looking to see if there will be a pullback to short NZDUSD at a higher price. I went long AUDUSD a few higher ago....but ready to exit anytime.

I'm not trading in any timeframe that warrants a long in AUDUSD or NZDUSD, although they might be boosted by sideways risk on/off sentiment until Friday.
