DMG purchases 1,800 New Generation Bitmain Antminer S19 XPs for a total hashrate of 1,037 PH/s or approximately 9,500 S19s.

DMG announced the granting of 2,845,750 stock options to directors and employees of the Companyexercisable for a period of three years at a price of $1.20 per share.

So $1.20 is the minimum price target for DMGGF in my opinion
