Hello. I see you placed your lines leaving a gap to the upper wicks. If you eliminate those gaps BTC is already breaking to the upside. Moreover, if you had used the candle bodies instead of wicks for your lines, BTC would be breaking it even harder to the upside. But it is "breaking". The break may not complete.
