After the sec announcement the bitcoin have momentum, but the market is still in bearish. There will be bullish within bearish and if you play on the right time can make profit. But if you are a holder and not a day trader, better to buy within 5100 to 5400 as i said still bearish momentum even with a good news appearing.
This my trading strategy as i am day trader (actually this my hobby aside from programming blockchain). As always analysis can be mistaken, so make sure to to trade only money that you can loose, doing so can be more intellectual rather than emotional. I remember trading before using my all savings, and i cannot focus on my trading analysis as i become emotional on every news and movement of the chart. So the ending, i have lost money instead of gaining if have follow my analysis.

2. Little Momentum- Loosing Momentum every day, every week in general!
3. Recent lost over 250/HR and increasing in lost.
4. On Jan 6th total market cap for BTC was approximately 292 Billion, now its approximately 144 billion market cap. THAT IS A NEGATIVE 52 BILLION SINCE JAN 6th 2018
