With BTC Dominance rising and Price action falling means it's the worst time to be in Alts. Alts will rapidly decline.

new theory since it was mentioned,USDT has huge impact on dominance as counted to "alts".. therefor.. alts can stay not bleeding while btc goes up and money flow from USDT into others ? .. if you know how i mean it :) anyway expect cca 52 too :) before another dive to new lows.
