There is a big black market for USD, which they call the “Blue Dollar”
The exchange is even worse but at least the government is not blocking those transactions.

@ElinaJ, two things - Argentina Peso (ARS) is a fiat currency of Argentina. It has performed worse than all the crypto currencies, even some scam coins has out performed it.
Two - A lot of negative news stories came out towards the end of May, and many turned out to be incorrect, like the China ban. We are now seeing reversal in the narrative from negative to position.
