Implied volatility is the expected one standard deviation price range of the stock with 68% probability.
If a stock has an IV of 20% and the current price is 100 that means that in some time frame the stock is expected to be between 80 and 120 with 68% probability.

@ArtfulDodger1974, Yea I'm having doubt about Lou. Both BB and CLOV are owned by Citadel. They have an incentive to pump these stocks up. They even bought calls for these stocks in May. I cant believe people fell for that. It just goes to show you that people barely do any due diligence.
